Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that your appointment is specifically reserved for you, and your booking reflects a commitment of my time and energy. In order to ensure that I can serve all of my clients efficiently and fairly, the following terms apply: 1. Cancellations with Refund: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. If cancellation occurs with the required notice, a full refund will be issued upon request or credited towards a future service. 2. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 72 Hours but More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, no refund will be issued. Instead, the amount paid will be credited toward a future service. This credit must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of the original appointment, after which the payment will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full payment will be forfeited. This is because the time slot was specifically reserved for you, and such last-minute changes prevent the ability to offer the appointment to another client. 4. No Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. 5. No Refunds Once Services Have Begun: Once your appointment has started, no refunds will be issued, as you have already received my time and expertise. This policy is in place to respect the value of the time dedicated to you during the session. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
